Med spas, like AESTHETICS 360º, offer non-surgical, medical aesthetic treatments that are designed to prevent, repair, or maintain skin and body. The treatments are safe, FDA-approved, cleared as clinically-proven, and involve the use of advanced technology and medical procedures—all from the comfort of a calm, relaxing environment. (Think science meets spa!) Because the treatments are medical grade, they must be performed by nurses and clinical aestheticians who are under the supervision of a licensed physician.

Absolutely! Our fully certified, highly trained staff consists of some of the most experienced medical professionals in the Milwaukee area! Our specialized team includes registered nurses and licensed aestheticians who are supported by board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Ken Dembny. They stay continually educated on all the latest aesthetic techniques to ensure the best quality of care for our patients.

At AESTHETICS 360º, we offer a wide variety of non-invasive or minimally invasive, non-surgical treatments, including injectables, skin rejuvenation, lasers, and body services. Among our most popular treatments are Botox and lip filler.

That’s where we come in! We always start with a personalized consultation where the appropriate provider will learn about your history, goals, timeline, and budget. Consultations for injectable treatments such as Botox, Daxxify, dermal fillers, and Sculptra will be conducted by one of our Licensed Aesthetic Nurse Specialists. Consultations for skin treatments such as lasers, microneedling, chemical peels, and facials are conducted by one of our Licensed Clinical Aestheticians. Then, a customized treatment plan will be created for you to consider.

While we always want you to look and feel your best, we will never recommend or perform a treatment that isn’t right for you, and we’ll always be realistic about what to expect from the treatment, including possible risks, after-care, pricing, and timelines for achieving desired results.

Yes, you can! Check out our before-and-after gallery to see real-life results from our own patients. Many of our patients don’t want their before-and-after photos posted on our website for privacy purposes, so they only provide consent for us to share their images in-office. For that reason, we will have even more photos to share with you during your in-person consultation.

At AESTHETICS 360º, natural outcomes are at the core of our philosophy of care. Our experienced providers help restore confidence by working with your individual features and unique characteristics to deliver results that are still 100% you.

Although arriving at your appointment with a clean face is ideal, we understand that it is not always possible. Depending on the type of appointment you have, our provider staff will cleanse and prep your skin accordingly.

For safety and liability reasons, we do not allow children in the treatment rooms. You are welcome to bring your child with you if you have an additional guest to supervise them while our providers see you. We offer a private, closed-door waiting room for such instances.

At AESTHETICS 360º, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Some select treatments require more notice, and those will be noted at the time of scheduling. We know that life often gets in the way, and we will therefore be understanding of extenuating circumstances. However, our general policy states a $75 late cancellation fee, which may be waived in favor of a future booking deposit.

We will always do our best to find the appointment date and time that works best for your schedule! Late afternoon and evening appointments always book up the fastest. We do keep a cancellation list, so if something opens up for a date or time that you preferred but was already taken, we will let you know.

At AESTHETICS 360º, the confidentiality, safety, and comfort of our valued patients are our top priority. In order to ensure your privacy, we always adhere to privacy laws, use secure software and systems to store patient information, and obtain signed consent for any photo-sharing requests.

We offer free, in-person 45-minute consultations that can be immediately followed by treatment if you feel ready to begin. (We encourage you to take as long as you need to decide on a treatment if you’re unsure.)

We do receive requests for virtual consultations from individuals who live a distance away and would like to make the trip to see our 5-star experts. In those cases, we can do a FaceTime consultation. This type of consultation will be somewhat limiting due to variables such as lighting, shadows, angles, as well as the inability of our provider to assess certain aspects that are best done in person. We accept all major credit or debit cards, cash, and Apple Pay. We also offer financing through CareCredit, which has several short-term and long-term plans to help pay for med spa-related expenses.

We do not accept insurance, as all medical aesthetic treatments are elective and not considered medically necessary.

For most of our injectables and body services, you need to be 18 or older. However, our skincare services, such as facials or acne treatments, may be suitable for younger patients with parental consent. At AESTHETICS 360°, we’ll always take the time to customize each treatment plan to make sure it’s safe and age-appropriate.

No, our treatments aren’t just for women! All of the treatments offered at AESTHETICS 360° are also available (and encouraged) for male or non-binary patients. Our goal is to make ALL of our patients feel welcome, comfortable, and confident in a neutral and inclusive environment.

There is plenty of street parking, but we also offer free validated parking at the Historic Third Ward Parking structure on the southeast corner of Chicago and Water St. at 225 E. Chicago St.

Yes! Refer a friend or family member and you will receive a $50 credit on your patient account to use towards a future service. Referred individual must receive a paid service prior to issuance of $50 reward.

Our providers are trained nurses and clinical aestheticians, so not unlike your doctor’s office, there is no tipping allowed.
