No! The SaltFacial™ is painless and doesn’t require any downtime.
Depending on your skin, it may appear pink right after treatment, with a wonderful luster & glow! If a more aggressive setting is part of your treatment plan, you may experience light crusting for a few days as pigment lifts and old cells shed.
The SaltFacial is a 3-step treatment that uses all-natural sea salt in combination with ultrasound and LED light therapy to gently resurface your skin and improve the appearance of most common skin conditions. It is perfect for prevention, repair, or maintenance!

A Personalized Consultation
A free skin consultation and analysis will be the starting point for your journey to healthier, glowing and clearer skin. Our expert will learn about your skin history, what you’ve tried, product usage, and goals. A thorough skin assessment to include VISIA state of the art digital imaging will help us create a customized skin treatment plan for you.
Gentle Exfoliation
You’ll get to lay back and relax as your provider glides the SaltFacial™ handpiece over your skin. Super-fine salt particles painlessly exfoliate to remove impurities and dead skin.
Boost Collagen
With skin prepared by the anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties of refined salt, step 2 utilizes handheld ultrasound technology. Ultrasound penetrates skin-loving ingredients deep into the dermal tissues to promote collagen production and cellular turnover. Step 3 will fully relax you (many patients fall asleep in this step!) with the use of LED light therapy. Over 1700 medical grade LED bulbs provide 4 different settings to stimulate collagen, reduce redness and inflammation, or kill skin surface bacteria.
Rejuvenated Skin
The SaltFacial™ will rejuvenate your skin with immediately noticeable results. There’s no downtime either, so you’re free to go about your normal day!

Utilizing a proprietary handpiece, microfine organic sea salt expertly clears away dead skin cells and debris for the ultimate exfoliation.
