Kelci Kerzner

Kelci, our thoughtful and attentive patient concierge, has been working in customer service for more than a decade. She grew up in Fond du Lac, then spent three years in California — where she was the general manager of an alternative health boutique — before moving to Milwaukee.

During her time in California, Kelci was a regular client at a medical spa and became fascinated by the world of aesthetics. She’s excited to continue learning about the industry, and to play a role in helping people feel their best. “I love getting to know people from all walks of life, and building meaningful relationships with them,” she says. “I find that working as the A360 patient concierge gives me many opportunities to put this into practice!”

Since returning to Wisconsin, Kelci has been exploring all Milwaukee has to offer on the weekends — and spending her weeknights with her sassy dog, Laverne, binge-watching Netflix.
