Your First AESTHETICS 360° Consultation – What to Expect
So, you’ve been thinking about trying a medical spa treatment at AESTHETICS 360° and you finally decided to schedule your complimentary consultation. But have you ever wondered what actually happens during the consultation? Rest assured, we’ll give you a snapshot of what you can expect during your first visit.
Prior to your consultation
Before meeting with one of our professionals, take some time to focus on YOU! What areas bother you the most? Whether it’s skincare concerns like sun spots or scars, or how you’ve been finding every excuse not to take a photo because of that double chin, don’t leave anything out. It’s a good idea to take note of the products you are currently using, any treatments you’ve had in the past, and what you like or didn’t like about either. This will make it easier to go over your options with our team to provide you with a customized treatment plan.
A360 TIP: AESTHETICS 360° is pleased to offer our Virtual Consultation for those patients unsure of where to begin. After selecting your areas of concern, you’ll receive confidential treatment recommendations that you can then research on our website prior to your visit.
Arrival
We ask that patients try to arrive 15 minutes early to allow some time to complete paperwork or consent forms. Enjoy a complimentary refreshment. Our space is comfortable with a gender-neutral décor, technology forward enhancements, and a casual atmosphere…nothing frilly or stuffy. No judgments. Our team loves what we do and we have fun doing it everyday! We cater to adult men & women of all ages.

Consultation
Depending on who your consultation is with, either Angela our master level aesthetician, or Kathy our master level certified nurse specialist, will greet you and bring you back to our private consultation room. Education is at the core of all of our consultations and treatments. We take the time to really listen to your concerns, treatment goals, lifestyle, timelines, and budget. Our experts will show you before and after photos, provide personalized attention and a customized treatment plan. We don’t make recommendations that aren’t right for you.

If your needs are to improve your skin or maintain a youthful appearance, we use VISIA™ Complexion Analysis which is a state-of-the-art digital imaging system to make a detailed evaluation of your skin both on the surface and beneath the surface. This advanced software provides imaging and analysis in 8 different categories and benchmarks your results. You can even learn your skin’s “True Age” (cringing? Yeah I know, but it’s so cool!!)

A360 TIP: Don’t forget to mention any special occasions or events coming up to your provider. You don’t want to be giving a presentation at work an hour after a chemical peel or be walking down the aisle a day after CoolSculpting. Also keep in mind any travel plans and potential sun exposure that could affect certain treatments.
You can expect the initial consultation will last about 45 minutes. How soon can I receive my treatment after my consultation? In many cases a treatment can take place immediately after the consultation.
